Apparatus Classes
Get triple the results of regular pilates with these core challenging, tone building unique classes. You use the traditional Cadillac, Stability chair, and Reformer in a cross training format to blast through plateaus and tone your muscles 3x as fast as regular pilates classes.

Pilates Mat Classes
Pilates as it was meant to be practiced. Just you and your mat! Known for its core and abdominal strengthening we take it back to the classics with these small personal classes to allow each person to get the most one on one attention possible. You can expect the ultimate in abdominal and core flattening of any class you have ever taken. Feel longer and leaner after only your first class! You will get to use variety of small equipment to mix things up and keep things interesting and your body always challenged.
