Park on Fraser Hwy at 20238, we are located at a private studio on the 3rd floor of the Muse Building, so our enterphone is right beside the Men's tailor and across from C Lovers Fish and Chips. You will need to buzz '604' and take the elevator up to the 3rd floor we are suite 305. Just come right in and we will be there!
Qualified, Friendly Instruction from Canada's Very Best
Did you know there are no licensing requirements for Pilates instructors? That means any old Joe or Jane off the street can take a two-hour course and call themselves "Pilates-certified."
Here at Equilibria Pilates, we think you deserve more than that.
So we apply rigorous external training and testing requirements to our instructors before we turn them over to you. For example…
- Each of our employees has undergone the most thorough Pilates training available in Canada and abroad…
- They receive ongoing education and additional certifications…
- They are required to fully complete an intensive apprenticeship program , practice teaching hours and take all their physical and practical intensive exams…
- And, of course, they must be regular practitioners of pilates
